Deepak brings 20+ years of operating and leadership experience across infrastructure and technology organizations, including IBI Group and Arcadis, spanning work across the US, Canada, and India. He founded ElevateIQ to apply that operating discipline — process rigor, technology adoption, and disciplined capital structuring — to helping lower-middle-market businesses modernize and grow.
Built and scaled a professional-services operation from the ground up into one of the highest-margin units in its organization — and separately, diagnosed and restructured an underperforming business unit back to profitability within a year.
